摘要
目的:探究产前健身操对孕妇心理状态、睡眠质量及分娩方式的影响。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年3月福建省莆田市仙游县妇幼保健院妇产科分娩的孕妇136例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。观察组给以常规保健干预+产前健身操干预,对照组给以常规保健干预,分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估2组干预前后心理状态及睡眠质量,观察2组分娩方式。结果:干预后,观察组SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的自然分娩率(58.82%)显著高于对照组(39.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产前健身操能有效缓解孕妇不良情绪,改善其睡眠质量,提升自然分娩率。
Objective:To explore the influence of prenatal aerobics on psychological states,sleep quality and delivery modes of pregnant women.Methods:A total of 136 pregnant women who delivered obstetrics and gynecology in Xianyou maternal and Child Health Hospital of Putian City from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,68 cases in each group.The observation group was given routine health care intervention and prenatal aerobics intervention,while the control group was given routine health care intervention.Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the psychological state and sleep quality of the two groups before and after the intervention,and the delivery mode of the two groups was observed.Results:After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the natural delivery rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(58.82%vs.39.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Prenatal aerobics can effectively relieve the adverse emotions,improve the sleep quality,and increase the natural delivery rate of pregnant women.
