心理护理在手术室患者护理中的意义及对术后睡眠的影响

The Significance of Psychological Nursing in the Nursing of Operating Room Patients and Its Influence on Postoperative Sleep

目的:分析在手术室患者护理中采用心理护理,研究其对患者术后睡眠的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的行手术患者44例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组22例。观察组患者予以心理护理联合常规护理,对照组患者予以常规护理。结果:比较对照组,观察组护理后SCL90得分、PSQI评分、手术室护理满意度均更加理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室患者护理中采用心理护理,可明显改善患者术后睡眠。

Objective:To analyze the use of psychological nursing in the nursing of patients in the operating room,and to study its effect on patients′postoperative sleep.Methods:A total of 44 patients who underwent surgery in the first affiliated hospital of Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 22 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing combined with routine nursing,while patients in the control group were given routine nursing.Results:Compared with the reference group,the observation group had better SCL90 scores,PSQI scores,and operating room nursing satisfaction after nursing.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of psychological care in patient care in the operating room can significantly improve patients′postoperative sleep.
