个性化护理干预对消化道肿瘤化疗后心理、生命质量和睡眠质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Personalized Nursing Intervention on the Psychological,Quality of Life and Quality of Sleep after Chemotherapy of Digestive Tract Tumors

目的:探究个性化护理干预对消化道肿瘤化疗后心理和生命质量和睡眠质量的影响分析。方法:选取2018年5月至2020年5月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的消化道肿瘤患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机平均原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。所有患者均采用化疗治疗,在患者化疗期间观察2个月。对照组患者采用常规护理方式,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上给予个性化护理干预,对2组患者睡眠质量、生命质量、抑郁、焦虑等症状进行评分。结果:护理后,观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分分别为(23.54±2.24)分、(27.93±1.18)分,焦虑和抑郁评分情况均明显低于对照组,且观察组患者的生命质量评分明显较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者护理前PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后PSQI评分均呈现显著下降趋势(P<0.05),且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在消化道肿瘤患者的化疗过程中采用个性化护理干预,可以有效改善患者睡眠质量、生命质量及心理状况,在临床护理中的应用具有较高的临床应用价值,值得进一步推广和应用。

Objective:To investigate the impact of personalized nursing intervention on the psychological and quality of life and sleep quality of gastrointestinal tumors after chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty patients with gastrointestinal tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research object.All patients were treated with chemotherapy and observed for 2 months during chemotherapy.According to the principle of random average,it was divided into a control group(n=30)and an observation group(n=30).The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing methods.The patients in the observation group were given personalized nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The patients′sleep quality,quality of life,depression,anxiety and other symptoms were scored.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were(23.54±2.24)and(27.93±1.18)respectively.The anxiety and depression scores were significantly lower than the control group,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;there was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),PSQI score after nursing showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the study group was lower than Control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of personalized nursing intervention in the chemotherapy of gastrointestinal cancer patients can effectively improve the sleep quality,quality of life and psychological status of patients.The application in clinical nursing has high clinical application value and is worthy of further promotion and application.
