整体护理干预在小儿哮喘中的应用价值分析与睡眠的影响

Application Value of Holistic Nursing Intervention in Children with Asthma and the Impact of Sleep

目的:探究整体护理干预在小儿哮喘中的应用价值分析与睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017年3月至2018年3月福建省漳州市中医院收诊的小儿哮喘患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,对照组小儿哮喘患者进行常规护理办法,观察组小儿哮喘患者在常规护理办法基础上施以护理干预措施。比较2组干预前后小儿哮喘患者护理满意度与睡眠质量。结果:通过比较,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组护理满意度比较睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较,观察组干预后PSQI评分相对于对照组有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对小儿哮喘患者开展有效的护理干预措施,对患者的睡眠质产生积极影响,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective:To explore the application value of holistic nursing intervention in children with asthma and the influence of sleep.Methods:Ninety children with asthma admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian Province from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care for children with asthma.The experimental group received nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care for children with asthma.The nursing satisfaction and sleep quality of children with asthma before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the sleep quality index(PSQI),the PSQI score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention for children with asthma has a positive impact on sleep quality,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
