标准化护理程序在重症监护室心力衰竭患者病情观察和睡眠监测中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Standardized Nursing Procedures In the Observation and Sleep Monitoring of Patients with Heart Failure in Intensive Care Unit

目的:探讨标准化护理程序在重症监护室心力衰竭患者病情观察和睡眠监测中中的应用研究。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年4月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的重症监护室心力衰竭患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规护理基础上实行标准化护理程序。比较2组心力衰竭患者的急救反应时长、致残率、院内反应时长、临床疗效、致死率以及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压均明显低于对照组及护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者致残率、病死率均明显低于对照组,其院内反应时长及急救反应时长也显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,2组患者PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,PSQI评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组PSQI各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予重症监护室心力衰竭患者以标准化护理程序,能降低患者致残率及病死率,提高睡眠质量及护理质量,保证了患者身体健康。

Objective:To explore the application of standardized nursing procedures in the observation and sleep monitoring of patients with heart failure in the intensive care unit.Methods:A total of 60 patients with heart failure in the intensive care unit selected from April 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into a research group and a reference group,the reference group was given routine care,and the research group was given routine care.Implement standardized nursing procedures.The emergency response time,disability rate,hospital response time,clinical efficacy,lethal rate and sleep quality of the two groups of heart failure patients were compared.Results:The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure of the study group were significantly lower than that of the reference group and before nursing,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the disability rate and mortality rate of the study group were significantly lower than that of the reference group.The response time and emergency response time were also significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no difference in PSQI scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05),after nursing,PSQI scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the PSQI scores of the study group were lower than the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giving patients with heart failure in the intensive care unit standardized nursing procedures can reduce the patient′s disability and mortality,improve sleep quality and nursing quality,and ensure the health of patients.
