快速康复护理对腹腔镜结肠癌切除术后疼痛、胃肠功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing on Pain Degree,Gastrointestinal Function and Sleep Quality after Laparoscopic Colon Cancer Resection

目的:分析快速康复护理对腹腔镜结肠癌切除术后疼痛程度、胃肠功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的结肠癌患者50例作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复护理,观察研究2组患者肠胃功能恢复情况、VAS评分以及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组肠胃功能优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者护理前PSQI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后PSQI评分均呈现显著下降趋势(P<0.05),且观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜结肠癌患者采用快速康复护理,可缓解患者术后疼痛感,改善患者睡眠质量,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on pain,gastrointestinal function and sleep quality after laparoscopic colon cancer resection.Methods:A total of 50 patients with colon cancer admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were randomly selected as the research object.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group and a research group(25 cases in each group).The control group Routine nursing was given,and the study group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing to observe the gastrointestinal function recovery,VAS score,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients.Results:The gastrointestinal function of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the VAS score of the study group after nursing was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),nursing after the PSQI score showed a significant downward trend(P<0.05),and the PSQI score of the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with laparoscopic colon cancer can relieve postoperative pain,improve the sleep quality of patients,and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
