手术室护理在胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术中的效果及对睡眠质量评价

The Effect of Operating Room Nursing in Thoracoscopic Mediastinal Tumor Resection and the Evaluation of Sleep Quality

目的:评价在胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术中实施手术室护理的应用效果及对睡眠质量。方法:选取2019年3月至2020年1月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的进行胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术患者82例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行手术室护理,比较护理满意度、并发症、临床相关指标及护理前、后的VAS(视觉模拟评分)、PSQI(匹兹堡睡眠质量评分量表)评分。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,而观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,且观察组术中出血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组VAS、PSQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理的实施,可有效改善行胸腔镜纵隔肿瘤切除术患者的疼痛程度及睡眠质量,缩短手术时间,提高护理满意度,减少并发症,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of operating room nursing in thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 82 patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from March 2019 to January 2020 who underwent thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received operating room nursing.Nursing satisfaction,complications,clinically relevant indicators,VAS(visual simulation score)and PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale)scores before and after nursing were compared.Results:Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).VAS and PSQI scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of operating room nursing can effectively improve the pain degree and sleep quality of patients undergoing thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection,shorten the operation time,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce complications,which is worthy of promotion.
