护理干预改善高血压脑出血患者功能障碍、睡眠状态及生命质量的作用

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Improving Function,Sleep State and Quality of Life in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:分析高血压脑出血患者进行全面护理干预的效果以及对患者功能障碍、睡眠状态与生命质量的改善作用。方法:选取2018年5月至2019年5月宁德市医院神经外科收治的高血压脑出血患者90例作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予以综合全面护理,并对2组功能障碍评分、睡眠状态评分与生命质量评分予以比较。结果:观察组运动功能评分与神经功能缺损评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠状态评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者行全面护理干预,可改善其功能障碍与睡眠状态,使其生命质量显著提高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and the improvement of functional dysfunction,sleep status and quality of life.Methods:A total of 90 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Neurosurgery Department of Ningde Hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive and comprehensive nursing,and the scores of dysfunction,sleep status and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:Motor function score and neurological function defect score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep status score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the dysfunction and sleep state of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,and improve their quality of life significantly.
