分析护理质量持续改进对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗患者护理睡眠质量的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Improvement of Nursing Quality on the Quality of Nursing sleep in Patients with Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的:分析护理质量持续改进对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗患者护理睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年8月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上,执行护理质量持续改进方案,护理工作开展前后,评价患者睡眠质量,同时记录护理期间并发症发生情况。结果:护理工作开展前,2组患者睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组睡眠质量评分明显较优,观察组护理期间出现并发症的案例明显较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下肢动脉硬化闭塞症介入治疗时,采取护理质量持续改进方案,能够提高护理效果,改善患者睡眠质量,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous improvement of nursing quality on nursing sleep quality of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities.Methods:A total of 92 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of China University of science and technology from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing measures,the observation group implemented the continuous improvement program of nursing quality on the basis of routine nursing.Before and after the implementation of nursing work,the sleep quality of patients was evaluated,and the incidence of complications during nursing was recorded.Results:Before the nursing work,there was no significant difference in sleep quality score between the two groups(P>0.05);after the nursing,the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly better,and there were fewer complications in the observation group during the nursing period,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the interventional treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities,the continuous improvement of nursing quality can improve the nursing effect,improve the sleep quality of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
