无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效及患者睡眠质量效果观察

Clinical Effect of Non-invasive Ventilator on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure and Observation of Patients′Sleep Quality

目的:探析无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺病并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年10月泉州市光前医院内二科呼吸内科收治的慢性阻塞性肺病并呼吸衰竭患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施常规+无创呼吸机治疗,比较治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗后的氧分压高于对照组,且二氧化碳分压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者治疗后的睡眠质量评分显著低于治疗前,观察组治疗后的睡眠质量评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床上采用无创呼吸机治疗的效果显著,可改善患者的血气指标,且能改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of non-invasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure and its effect on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure admitted to the Quanzhou Guangqian hospital from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional and noninvasive ventilator treatment.Results:After treatment,the oxygen partial pressure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the carbon dioxide partial pressure was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment,and the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of non-invasive ventilator treatment has significant effects,can improve the blood gas index of patients,and can improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
