The paper expounds the intelligent guidance system for diagnosis and treatment process in detail from the aspects of architecture,service,etc.,including knowledge engine,intelligent recommendation,information push,points out that the system is helpful to optimize the diagnosis and treatment process,improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment,and improve the service quality and patient satisfaction of the hospital.
