高速电机泵温度场数值模拟分析及优化 被引量:1

摘要 为获得高速电机泵稳态运行时的温升状况和温度场分布特性,分析了高速电机泵内部发热及传热机制,建立了高速电机泵流固耦合传热数值计算模型。通过求解某高速轴向柱塞液压电机泵的温度场,获得了其内部温度场的分布情况。分析了侧流道截面积、侧流道个数、侧流道与泵内表面距离等流道参数对温度分布的影响,基于正交试验对流道参数进行了优化设计。计算结果表明:高速电机泵温度场受流道内油液流动状态影响较大,当其流速变化较大时,温度场的分布有明显变化;侧流道进出口直径、侧流道截面积与侧流道的个数对于温度场的分布影响较大。 In order to obtain the temperature rise and temperature field distribution characteristics of high-speed motor pump during steady-state operation,the heat generation and heat transfer mechanism of high-speed motor pump are analyzed firstly,and the numerical calculation model of fluid-solid coupling heat transfer of high-speed motor pump is established.Then the temperature field of a highspeed axial plunger hydraulic motor pump is solved,and the distribution of its internal temperature field is obtained.The effects of flow channel parameters such as side flow channel area,number of flow channels,the distance between side flow channel and pump inner surface on temperature distribution are analyzed.Based on orthogonal test,the flow channel parameters are optimized.The calculation results show that the temperature field of the high-speed motor pump is greatly affected by the flow state of the oil in the flow channel,and the distribution of temperature field changes obviously when the flow velocity changes greatly.Meanwhile,the diameters of the inlet and outlet of the side flow channel,the cross-sectional area of the side flow channel and the number of the side flow channels play a significant role in the distribution of the temperature field.
