摘要
NIPXI-5105采集板卡是一种具有良好信号采集功能的信号采集装置,对于恶劣环境下信号采集和多通道信号采集有非常好的效果。在当前压力管道信号采集系统设计中,应用NIPXI-5105采集板卡能够最大程度完成多通道信号采集。鉴于此,分析一种以NIPXI-5105采集板卡为设计基础的多通道信号采集系统,对数据采集卡进行分析研究,指出管道线路数据信号采集的困难,并提出以NIPXI-5105采集板卡为设计基础的多通道信号采集系统的设计思路。
NiPXI-5105 acquisition board is a signal acquisition device with good signal acquisition function,which has a very good effect on signal acquisition and multi-channel signal acquisition in bad environment.In the design of the current pressure pipeline signal acquisition system,NIPXI-5105 acquisition board was applied to complete the multi-channel signal acquisition to the maximum extent.This paper analyzes a NIPXI-5105 multi-channel signal acquisition system,analyzes and studies the data acquisition card,points out the difficulties of pipeline data acquisition,and proposes the design idea of NIPXI-5105 multi-channel signal acquisition system based on the design of NIPXI-5105 card.
