摘要
近年来,我国风电装机规模持续扩大,预计未来每年新增装机将是历史最高水平的1.5~2.5倍,风电行业的发展前景广阔。随着风电机组的技术进步,其单机容量不断提高,设备可靠性大幅提升,但早期的风电机组技术还不够成熟,加之由于风资源的变化和风机长期运行导致的各种问题会影响到风机的发电量,因此风电机组的技改优化成为进一步提升发电性能和挖掘发电潜力的重要手段。从目前风电机组技术改造现状来看,还存在着技改主体的实力参差不齐、部分技改过于随意以及效果评估标准缺失等问题,鉴于此介绍了几种风电机组主要的技术改造方法,并研究了技术改造后的技改效果评估方法,对风机技改性能评估结果的客观性与准确性提供参考。
In recent years,the scale of wind power installed in China continues to expand.It is estimated that the new installed capacity will be 1.5~2.5 times of the highest level in history in the future.The wind power industry has a broad development prospect.With the technical progress of wind turbine,its single machine capacity is constantly improved,and the equipment reliability is greatly improved.However,the early wind turbine technology is not mature enough.In addition,due to the change of wind resources and various problems caused by long-term operation of wind turbine will affect the power generation capacity of wind turbine,so the technical transformation and optimization of wind turbine has become an important means to further improve the power generation performance and tap the potential of power generation.From the current situation of wind turbine technology transformation,there are still some problems,such as the uneven strength of the main body of technical transformation,some technical transformation is too random and the effect evaluation standard is missing.In view of this,this paper introduces several main technical transformation methods of wind turbine,and studies the evaluation method of technical transformation effect after technical transformation,which provides reference for the objectivity and accuracy of performance evaluation results of technical transformation of wind turbine.
