Optimization Design of Open Copper Joint Device with Braided Tape at Cable Head

配电线路电缆的安全运行是施工、验收、用户安全用电以及线路维护关注的重点。其中,电缆头制作对低压配电系统的安全可靠运行起着十分重要的作用。由于缺乏标准的制作工具,造成铜接头制作不合格率较高,因此运用鱼骨头法,分析电缆接头制作不合格的原因,研制出适用、方便、省力且通用的400 A开口铜接头专用模具,将电缆接头合格率从98.4%提高到99.5%,取得良好的班组效益和社会效益。

The safe operation of distribution line cable is the focus of construction,acceptance,user’s safe use of electricity and line maintenance.Among them,the production of cable head plays a very important role in the safe and reliable operation of low-voltage distribution system.Due to the lack of standard tools,the unqualified rate of copper joint is high.In this paper,the fish bone method is used to analyze the causes of unqualified cable joints.A suitable,convenient,labor-saving and general-purpose die for 400 A open copper joint has been developed.The qualified rate of cable joint has been increased from 98.4%to 99.5%.Good team and social benefits have been achieved.
