基于双数字信号处理器的电气控制系统设计

摘要 在双数字电气信号循环传输情况下,为实现对个别信号参量的定向化控制与管理,设计基于双数字信号处理器的电气控制系统。利用D/A转换电路整合电气化传输电量,联合信号主控模块建立核心控制主机与复杂可编程逻辑器间的物理应用连接,搭建系统的硬件执行环境,并在此基础上建立波形数据产生算法,借助双数字信号监控处置程序控制最基础的上机位软件,搭建系统的软件执行环境,结合相关硬件设备元件,完成基于双数字信号处理器的电气控制系统设计。实验结果表明,与常规继电保护系统相比,新型电气控制系统中SDI指标的平均数值水平更高,符合核心应用主机定向化控制与管理个别信号参量的实际处理需求。 In the case of cyclic transmission of dual digital electrical signals,in order to achieve the directional control and management of individual signal parameters,an electrical control system based on dual digital signal processors is designed.The D/A conversion circuit is used to integrate the electrified transmission power,and the signal main control module is combined to establish a physical application connection between the core control host and the complex programmable logic device to realize the construction of the hardware execution environment of the system.On this basis,the waveform data generation algorithm is established,with the help of dual digital signal monitoring and processing programs,the most basic upper computer software is controlled,the software execution environment of the system is built,and the relevant hardware equipment components are combined to complete the dual digital signal processor-based Electrical control system design.The comparative experiment results show that compared with the conventional relay protection system,the average value of the SDI index in the new electrical control system is higher,which meets the actual processing requirements of the core application host for directional control and management of individual signal parameters.
