耳穴压豆联合心理护理在慢性肾衰动静脉内瘘围手术期的应用效果

Study on the Effect of Auricular Acupoint Presssure Combined with Psychological Care on the Recovery of Patients with Renal Failure After Arteriovenous Fistula Operation

目的:探讨耳穴压豆联合心理护理在慢性肾功能衰竭患者动静脉内瘘围手术期的应用效果。方法:选取我院60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者动静脉内瘘围手术期患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组仅予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予耳穴压豆处理和心理护理,比较两组术后疼痛、心理评分以及手术满意度。结果:观察组在术后6h、12h、24h的疼痛评分明显小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组焦虑和抑郁评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组手术总满意度为96.7%和80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合心理护理可以有效减轻慢性肾功能衰竭患者动静脉内瘘围手术期疼痛,改善患者的心理状态,提高手术满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressure combined with psychological care on the recovery of patients with renal failure after arteriovenous fistula operation.Methods:Sixty patients with renal failure who received arteriovenous fistula operation in hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group was given ear acupoint pressure treatment and psychological care in addition to routine care,while control group was only given routine care.The pain intensity,psychological score and satisfactory rate with surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain scores in the observation group at 6h,12h,and 24h were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The satisfactory degree for the operation was statistically significant(P<0.05),with 96.7%in observation group and 80%in control group.Conclusions:Ear acupoint pressure combined with psychological care can effectively reduce the pain intensity,improve satisfactory rate to the arteriovenous fistula operation.
