地方院校学科建设与研究生教育协同发展实践探索——以宜春学院药学学科为例

Research on Coordinated Development Between Discipline Construction and Graduate Education in Provincial Universities:Taking the Pharmacy at Yichun University as an Example

学科建设与研究生教育水平是高校核心竞争力和综合实力的体现,两者在师资队伍、科学研究、服务社会、人才培养等方面有内在联系。针对地方院校在学科建设和研究生教育过程中存在的问题,结合宜春学院药学学科建设与研究生教育实践,认为通过凝练培养方向、强化队伍建设、丰富平台基地、服务地方经济、提高教育国际化、加强协同育人等途径,可以有效促进地方院校学科建设与研究生教育协同发展。

The level of discipline construction and graduate education reflected the core competency and comprehensive strength of university,and had an intrinsic interaction on the aspects of teacher team,scientific research,community service,and cultivation of talents.The experience of pharmacy discipline construction and graduate education in Yichun University showed that summarization of cultivation orientation,strengthening teachers team,increase of platform,services for local economic development,enhancement of education internationalization and cooperative education could promote coordinated development between discipline construction and graduate education in provincial universities.
