病死动物无害化处理监管问题与措施

近年多种动物传染性疫病暴发流行,发病过程快,致死率高,造成的经济损失严重。动物疫病爆发流行使病死动物的数量激增,无害化处理难度进一步增大。病死动物如果不能严格按照无害化处理规程进行严格的处置,易造成重特大动物疫病的传播蔓延,特别是病死动物进入消费市场,将会直接威胁人民群众的生命财产安全。加强病死动物无害化处理监管,关系到畜牧养殖产业的健康发展。加强病死动物无害化处理监管工作,能进一步规范病死动物无害化处置程序,保证无害化处理的科学合理。但目前病死动物无害化处理监管工作还面临不少突出问题,需要及时采取措施将其解决。该文主要论述病死动物无害化处理工作面临的问题及措施。

In recent years,many kinds of animal infectious diseases broke out and became epidemic,which had a rapid process of onset,a high mortality rate and a serious economic loss.The outbreak of animal epidemic disease caused a sharp increase in the number of dead animals and further increased the difficulty of harmless treatment.If the dead animals can not be treated strictly according to the rules of harmless treatment,it is easy to cause the spread of serious and major animal diseases,especially when the dead animals enter the consumer market,will directly threaten the lives and property of the people.Strengthening the supervision of harmless treatment of dead animals is related to the healthy development of animal husbandry industry.Strengthening the supervision of harmless treatment of dead animals can further standardize the procedure of harmless treatment of dead animals and ensure the scientific and reasonable treatment.However,at present,there are still many outstanding problems in the supervision of the harmless treatment of dead animals,which need to be solved by timely measures.This paper mainly discusses the problems and measures in the harmless treatment of dead animals.
