摘要
目的探讨防风通圣散对于多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)大鼠的血清激素及卵巢组织形态的影响及其原理。方法选用36只雌性SD大鼠,随机分为空白组、模型组、中药组,每组12只,对模型组和中药组建立PCOS大鼠模型。造模成功后(每组剩余10只)观察各组大鼠灌胃前后血清激素水平及卵巢组织形态变化。结果中药组黄体生成素(luteinizing hormone,LH)水平、LH/FSH水平、睾酮(testostertone,T)水平低于PCOS模型组(P<0.05),中药组T水平低于空白组(P<0.05),中药组促卵泡激素(follicle-stimulating hormone,FSH)水平、LH水平、LH/FSH水平与空白组差异无统计学意义。中药组大鼠发育中卵泡和黄体数量较模型组略有增加,囊性扩张卵泡明显减少,颗粒细胞层增厚,排列较紧密。结论防风通圣散可明显降低多囊卵巢综合征大鼠的T水平,对改善PCOS大鼠LH水平、FSH水平以及LH/FSH水平有明显的作用,并可有效改善多囊卵巢综合征大鼠的卵巢卵泡生长状态。
Objective To discuss the effects of Fangfeng Tongsheng powder on serum hormone and ovarian histology in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)rats.Methods 36 female SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,12 rats in each group.PCOS rat model was established in model group and TCM group.After successful modeling,there were 10 rats left in each group.The changes of serum hormone and ovarian histology before and after intragastric administration were observed.Results The levels of LH,LH/FSH and T in TCM group,were all lower than those in model group(P<0.05).The level of T in TCM group was lower than that in blank group(P<0.05).There were no statistical significance between the levels of FSH,LH and LH/FSH between TCM group and blank group.Compared with model group,the number of growing follicles andcorpus luteum were slightly increased,while the number of follicles with cystic dilatation decreased obviously,granulosa cell layer became thicker and arranged tightly in TCM group.Conclusion Fangfeng Tongsheng powder can obviously decrease the T level,it has an obvious effect on improving the levels of LH,FSHl and LH/FSH in PCOS rats,and it can effectively improve the growth state of follicle in PCOS rats.
