摘要
目的观察针刺对慢性骨骼肌损伤模型大鼠血清肌酸激酶(CK)的影响。方法从56只健康雄性SD大鼠中随机抽取13只作为空白组,其余43只作为造模组。采用改良的大鼠下坡跑离心收缩模型建立慢性骨骼肌损伤大鼠模型,造模结束后,从空白组和造模组中各随机抽取3只进行模型评价,然后将剩余40只造模大鼠采用随机数字表法分为模型组、刮痧组、推拿组、针刺组4组,每组10只。针刺组采用大鼠固定器固定大鼠10 min,针刺双侧足三里及环跳穴,进针后留针10 min;刮痧组采用大鼠固定器固定大鼠10 min后,予股四头肌局部刮痧治疗;推拿组采用大鼠固定器固定大鼠10 min后,予股四头肌局部小指扌衮法治疗,每次5~10 min。3组均每日治疗1次,共治疗7 d。模型组和空白组均不进行治疗,先用大鼠固定器固定大鼠10 min后,于笼内自由活动,共持续7 d。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测大鼠血清CK含量。结果与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清CK含量明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明造模成功;与模型组比较,刮痧组、推拿组及针刺组大鼠血清CK含量明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且针刺组明显低于其他2组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺可明显降低慢性骨骼肌损伤模型大鼠血清CK含量,且作用明显优于刮痧和推拿。
Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture on serum creatine kinase(CK)of the model rats with chronic skeletal muscle injury.Methods Thirteen rats were randomly selected from 56 healthy male SD rats as blank group,and the remaining 43 rats were used as establishing model group.The model rats of chronic skeletal muscle injury was established by the modified rat downhill running eccentric contraction model.After modeling,3 rats were randomly selected from the blank group and the model group for model evaluation.Then the remaining40 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups including model group,cutaneous scraping group,tuina group and acupuncture group,with 10 rats in each.In the acupuncture group,the rats were fixed with a rat fixator for 10 min,and the bilateral Zusanli(St 36)and Huantiao(GB 30)points were punctured,and the needle retention was 10 min after the needle insertion;in the cutaneous scraping group,the rats were fixed with the fixator for 10 min,and then the local cutaneous scraping of quadriceps femoris was performed in the tuina group;after the rats were fixed with the fixator for 10 min,the rats in the tuina group were treated with the local rolling manipulation of quadriceps femoris by the little finger for 5-10 min each time.The 3 groups were treated once a day for 7 days.The rats in the model group and blank group were all not given any treatment,firstly fixed with the fixator for 10 minutes,and then they were free to move in the cage for consecutive 7 days.The content of serum CK in the rats was detected by ELISA.Results Compared with the blank group,the content of serum CK in the rats significantly increased in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),showing the success of establishing model.Compared with the model group,the content of serum CK in the rats of the cutaneous scraping group,the tuina group and acupuncture group significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),moreover,that of the acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the other 2 groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can significantly decrease the serum CK of the model rats with chronic skeletal muscle injury,whose effect is markedly superior to that of the cutaneous scraping and tuina.
