云环境下齿轮测量数据定义及其交换方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足当前齿轮产业短交货期、高质量、高效率、智能化的要求,在分析当前主要数据交换模式的基础上,提出一种基于云平台的齿轮测量标准语言GXML(gear extensible markup language)。通过对齿轮全生命周期内的数据特点分析,设计基于XML的齿轮测量标准语言GXML Schema,对齿轮传输过程中的数据进行规范,并研究云平台与齿轮测量数据之间的交换过程体系。实验结果表明:采用以GXML为基础的数据交换模式,通过GXML文档和数据库之间的相互映射可实现数据的跨平台传输,从而有效提高生产效率,降低生产成本。 In order to meet the requirements of short delivery time,high quality,high efficiency and intelligent requirements of the gear industry,based on the analysis of the current main data exchange mode,a standard language GXML(gear extensible markup language)for gear measuring was proposed based on cloud platform.Through the analysis of data characteristics in the whole life cycle of gear,gear measuring standard language GXML Schema was designed,and the process of gear data transmission was standardized.The exchange process system between cloud platform and gear measuring data was studied.The experimental results showed that the data exchange mode based on GXML and the mapping between GXML document and database could realize the cross-platform data transmission,the production efficiency was improved,and the production cost was reduced.
