三黄汤联合益生菌鼻饲对呼吸机相关性肺炎预后的影响分析 被引量:6

Effect of Sanhuang Decoction Combined with Probiotic Nasal Feeding on Prognosis of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia

摘要 目的分析三黄汤联合益生菌鼻饲对呼吸机相关性肺炎预后的影响。方法根据研究制定的入排标准,最终选择在医院确诊治疗的呼吸机相关性肺炎患者共91例作为研究对象,按入组顺序随机分配到两组,对照组采用常规抗生素治疗;观察组在此基础上采用三黄汤联合益生菌鼻饲治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果,比较两组治疗前后血清因子水平、中医症状积分及临床治疗情况。结果观察组总有效率93.33%(42/45),对照组总有效率只有80.00%(36/46),两组比较,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组经治疗血清因子水平显著降低,在治疗后,观察组血清因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),经过治疗后,观察的中医证候积分明显低于对照组;经治疗观察组中医证候明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组机械通气时间及ICU治疗时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三黄汤联合益生菌鼻饲能有效改善呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的症状,有利于其预后。 Objective To analyze the effect of Sanhuang Decoction combined with probiotic nasal feeding on the prognosis of ventilator-associated pneumonia. Methods According to the input and drainage criteria established in this study, 91 patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia diagnosed and treated in our hospital were evenly selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by digital random table method. The control group was treated with routine antibiotics. The observation group was treated with Sanhuang Decoction combined with probiotic nasal feeding on this basis. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared, and the levels of serum factors, TCM symptom scores and clinical treatment of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Result The total effective rate was 93.33%(42/45) in the observation group and 80.00%(36/46) in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the level of serum factor in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the score of TCM syndromes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. After treatment, the TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05). The duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Sanhuang Decoction combined with probiotic nasal feeding can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia and is conducive to their prognosis.
