中医药诱导胃癌细胞凋亡的研究进展

Research Progress on Apoptosis of Gastric Cancer Cells Induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine

胃癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率逐年升高,胃癌治疗的手段主要是手术治疗为主,而近年来,中药对胃癌的治疗作用得到了医学界的一致认可,胃癌细胞基因及信号通路的研究是现代研究的热点,对近年中药诱导胃癌细胞凋亡的研究进行综述分析,总结中药干预胃癌细胞凋亡主要通过抑制胃癌细胞生长增殖、抑制胃癌细胞周期的发展及通过调控信号通路进行干预。

Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the digestive tract. The incidence is increasing year by year. The main treatment method for gastric cancer is surgical treatment. In recent years, the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on gastric cancer has been recognized by the medical community. The research of gene and signaling pathway is a hot topic in modern research. This paper reviewed the researches on apoptosis of gastric cancer cells induced by traditional Chinese medicine in recent years. It is concluded that the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on gastric cancer cell apoptosis mainly inhibits the growth and proliferation of gastric cancer cells and the development of gastric cancer cell cycle and regulate the signaling pathway for intervention.
