血压调节的免疫系统作用-降压中药开发的新视角 被引量:1

摘要 高血压病及其并发症的病死率逐年增加,其发展趋势令人担忧,目前我国高血压患者已经有近3亿人。高血压的发生与发展中有多种因素参与,近年来研究表明,免疫系统也参与了高血压的病理机制。免疫系统作为生命系统的重要组成部分,与循环系统、神经系统和内分泌代谢系统等有着极为紧密的相互作用与联系,因此更好地认识免疫系统对血压调节作用将为高血压的防治提供一种新思路。近年来已明确适应性免疫和先天性免疫系统都参与了高血压的进展。以免疫系统调控为切入点,结合网络药理学分析发现高血压与免疫调节的共同靶标,并从降压中药角度来综述血压调节的免疫系统作用及防治相应靶器官损伤的机制研究进展。 The mortality rate of hypertension and its complications are still increasing globally and the developing trend is of great concern. There are about 300 million hypertension patients in China. Many factors are involved in the occurrence and development of hypertension. Recent studies have shed new lights on roles of immune system playing in the pathological process of hypertension. As a fundamental part of the living system, immune system connects and interacts closely with the circulatory, nervous, endocrine and metabolic systems. Therefore, a better understanding its regulation of blood pressure will provide new insights for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. Recent years have shown that both innate and adaptive immune systems are involved in the development of hypertension. In this review, we first summarized the immune system regulation on blood pressure, and then used network pharmacology analysis to identify the common targets between hypertension and immune regulation. Finally, the mechanism of immune regulation on blood pressure and its implications on prevention and treatment of hypertension and related organ injury were discussed from the perspective of anti-hypertensive herbal medicine.
