石菖蒲治疗癫痫的应用理论探析

Analysis of Application Theory of Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) in Treatment of Epilepsy

石菖蒲作为芳香开窍类中药,不仅具有开窍豁痰、醒神回苏之功效,而且与它药配伍时能引它药上行,作用于脑部。石菖蒲在癫痫治疗中的药用价值,从古至今一直被受关注。通过分析石菖蒲在临床应用中的作用规律,总结得出其在治疗癫痫时的药用方向主要分为两个方面:一方面,石菖蒲具有豁痰开窍的功效,能针对癫痫病因起直接治疗作用,且其主要成分的抗痫机制明确;另一方面,其作为"引药上行"的引经药,能增加其它药物的吸收及利用度,基础实验也证实了该作用特点。通过对石菖蒲自身抗痫作用和作为引经药的作用机制进行探究,厘清石菖蒲在临床中治疗癫痫的理论依据,为临床使用此药治疗癫痫提供理论指导和依据。

Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott), as a kind of aromatic Chinese medicine, not only has the effect of Resuscitation and expectoration,but also can be used as a medicinal guide to promote the effect to the brain. The medicinal value of Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) in the treatment of epilepsy has been concerned since ancient times.In this paper,through the analysis of the role of Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) in clinical application,it concluded that its medicinal direction in the treatment of epilepsy is mainly divided into two aspects. On the one hand,Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) has the effect of resuscitation and expectoration,which can directly address the cause of epilepsy and the anti-epileptic mechanism of its main components is clear. On the other hand,it can increase the absorption and utilization of other drugs as the " medicinal guide",which has been proved by basic experiments. In this paper,the anti-epileptic effect of Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) and the mechanism of its action as an meridia-inducing drug were investigated to clarify the theoretical basis of Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) in clinical treatment of epilepsy and provide theoretical guidance and basis for clinical use of Shichangpu(Acorus tatarinowii Schott) in the treatment of epilepsy.
