针刺干预脑卒中后认知障碍的信号通路研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脑卒中后认知功能障碍严重影响患者的工作与生活。针刺作为一种临床常用的治疗方法,在对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的治疗方面具有疗效。以往对针刺治疗卒中后认知障碍的机制研究有很多,其中有很大一部分是通过对信号转导通路的影响来进行阐述。其中常用的信号转导通路有六条,分别是NF-κB信号通路,PI3K/Akt信号通路,MAPK信号通路,JAK/STAT信号通路,CREB通路,Notch信号通路。对针刺干预这六条信号转导通路影响卒中后认知障碍的机制进行总结分析,分别阐述每条通路的组成及作用,针刺对通路的影响,探讨最新的实验研究进展,进而找出未来可能的研究方向,为针刺治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍提供理论和实践参考。 Cognitive dysfunction after stroke seriously affects the work and life of patients. Acupuncture, as a commonly-used clinical treatment method, is effective in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction after stroke. In the past, there were many researches on the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke, a large part of which was explained through the influence on signal transduction pathways. There are six common signal transduction pathways, namely NF-κB signal pathway, PI3 K/Akt signal pathway, MAPK signal pathway, JAK/STAT signal pathway, CREB signal pathway and Notch signal pathway. This paper summarized and analyzed the mechanism of acupuncture intervention on the six signal transduction pathways affecting cognitive impairment after stroke, respectively expounded the composition and function of each pathway, the influence of acupuncture on the pathways, discussed the latest experimental research progress, and then found out the possible research directions in the future, providing theoretical and practical references for acupuncture treatment of cognitive impairment after stroke.
