基于中医象思维的补中益气汤防治特发性肺纤维化研究

Study on Prevention and Treatment of IPF by Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Based on Image Thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine

以中医药学原创思维为指导防治特发性肺纤维化(IPF),是维护人民健康和传承创新中医药学的双重任务。基于象思维认识肺的生理功能进而分析IPF的发病机制,发现天地不交是IPF的关键征象,临证应重在调节气机升降,培土以生金。补中益气汤由黄芪、人参、甘草、白术、陈皮、当归、升麻和柴胡8味药物组成,可以升发脾中精气、助益肺中阳气,促进地气上升、天气下降,实现天地交泰的动态平衡,从而实现预防IPF的发生或延缓IPF病程的作用。

Prevention and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) under the guidance of original thinking of TCM is a dual task of maintaining people’s health and inheriting and innovating traditional Chinese medicine. In the view of image thinking,the key sign of IPF is the communication breakdowns between heaven and earth,and so it is important to adjust the descending and ascending of Qi,specifically strengthening earth to support metal. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can promote the essence of spleen and Yang of lung,which realizes the dynamic balance between heaven and earth. As a representative prescription,Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is expected to prevent the occurrence of IPF or delay the course of IPF.
