从“有故无殒,亦无殒也”论攻补法在肿瘤疾病中的应用

Application of Tonification and Elimination Method in Tumor Diseases from“Both Mother and Fetus Will Not Be Impaired from Elimination Therapy”

“有故无殒,亦无殒也”为针对妊娠积聚患者提出的一种治疗思想,体现出了中医辨证攻邪思维。肿瘤病机为气血虚弱,脏腑气化失调,痰浊、血瘀、湿热等胶结而致肿瘤形成,认为肿瘤临证辨治时不可一味猛攻,应灵活处理攻补措施,宜衰其大半而止;需中西医结合,分期分阶段有效综合应用中西医疗法,优化肿瘤治疗方案;辨病与辨证结合,总体把握疾病趋势;攻宜缓攻,全程均须重视脾胃、扶土培中为要。

“Both mother and fetus will not be impaired from elimination therapy”is a kind of treatment thought suggested for the pregnant patients with abdominal mass,which embodies syndrome differentiation thinking of eliminating pathogens in traditional Chinese medicine.The pathogenesis of tumor includes:deficiency of qi and blood,visceral qi transformation disorder,phlegm,blood stasis and damp-heat accumulated into tumor.It is proposed that the clinical treatment of tumors should not blindly eliminate,but should deal with elimination and tonification flexibly.Treatment is only required to eliminate most of the pathogenic factors.Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,effective and comprehensive application of Chinese and western medical methods in stages are required to optimize tumor treatment plans.Disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation are combined to grasp the overall disease trend.Elimination should be mild,and spleen and stomach must be emphasized to reinforce earth and banking up middle qi throughout the whole treatment.
