miR-21在结直肠癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义

Serum Expression of miR-21 in Colorectal Cancer Patients,and Its Clinical Significance

为探讨miR-21在结直肠癌患者血清中的表达及其临床意义,选取结直肠癌患者50例(观察组)及同期接受体检的健康者50人(对照组)作为研究对象,比较2组血清miR-21表达水平,以及结直肠癌患者手术前后血清miR-21表达水平,分析血清miR-21表达水平与结直肠癌患者临床病理参数的关系。结果显示,观察组患者血清miR-21表达水平明显高于对照组,P<0.05;结直肠癌患者术后血清miR-21表达水平明显低于术前,P<0.05。Ⅲ、Ⅳ期结直肠癌患者血清miR-21表达水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者,发生淋巴结转移的患者miR-21表达水平明显高于未发生淋巴结转移的患者,P<0.05。结果表明,miR-21在结直肠癌患者血清中高表达,而且与肿瘤分期及淋巴结转移情况有关,提示miR-21在结直肠癌发生发展中发挥重要作用。

This study was to investigate the serum expression of miR-21 in colorectal cancer patients,and its clinical significance,enrolled 50 colorectal cancer patients as observation group,at the same time,50 healty preson as control group,compared both groups’miR-21 expression level,and patients’miR-21 serum expression level before and after surgery;then analysed the relationship of serum expression levels of miR-21 and clinical pathological parameters of patients.As results,patients’serum expression levels of miR-21 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and their postoperative levels was significantly lower than preoperative one(P<0.05),this levels atⅢ,Ⅳstage of colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that atⅠ,Ⅱstage;Also,the level of the patients being metastased to lymph-node was significantly higher than that of the patients no-metastased(P<0.05).Results show that serum expression of miR-21 in colorectal cancer is high,and related to tumor staging as well as lymph-node metastasis which suggest miR-21 plays important role in pathogenesis and development of colorectal cancer.
