袋状缝合技术在低位肛周脓肿手术中的应用研究

Application Study on Pocketesque Suture Skill Amidst the Surgery for Low Perianal Abscess

为探讨袋状缝合技术在低位肛周脓肿手术中的应用效果,选择2018年6月至2020年2月我院收治的60例低位肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组行一次性切开术治疗,观察组行一次性切开治疗后予以黏膜下移袋状缝合。比较2组临床总体疗效、住院时间、创面愈合时间、术后并发症、肛门功能及瘢痕面积。结果显示,2组临床总有效率及术后疼痛程度、尿潴留发生率、肛门功能方面比较差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05;但观察组术后出血、住院时间、创面愈合时间、瘢痕面积方面明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,一次性切开加袋状缝合治疗低位肛周脓肿可取得良好效果,减少术后出血,缩短创面愈合时间及住院时间,减小瘢痕,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of pocketesque suture skill amidst the surgery for low perianal abscess(PA),randomly divided 60 PA(in low)patients treated in author’s hospital(2018-06-2020-02)into control group(30 cases,adopted one-off incision surgery)and observation group(30 cases,first,one-off incision,then mucosa down shift pocketseque suture);then,compared both groups’whole effect(total effective rate),hospitalization time,wound-surface healing,time,postoperative complication,anal function,and scar area.As results,in clinical total effective rate,postoperative complication(pain intensity,uroschesis)incidence,and anal function there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05);but,in postoperative bleeding,hospitalization time,wound-surface healing time,and scar area observation group was all significantly superior to control group(P<0.05).Results show that one-off incision plus pocketesque suture for low PA can achieve good effect,reduce postoperative bleeding,shorten the time for hospitalization and for wound-surface healing,and lessen scar area,thus is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
