分段式灌注开塞露治疗孕妇便秘的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Segmental Perfusion of Kaisailu in the Treatment of Gravida’s Constipation

为探讨分段式灌注开塞露治疗孕妇便秘的临床疗效,选取2018年8月至2019年8月我科收治的92例孕妇便秘患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例,对照组应用常规挤压法经肛挤入开塞露50mL治疗,观察组应用一次性可控式吸痰管分段式灌入开塞露50mL治疗,对比2组临床疗效、不良反应及患者满意度。结果显示,观察组治疗后30min内排便率明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组开塞露外溢、腹痛伴里急后重感发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,与常规挤压法使用开塞露相比,分段式灌注开塞露法治疗孕妇便秘疗效更好,不良反应更少,安全性更高,患者满意度更高。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of segmental perfusion of Kaisailu(a laxative suppository)for gravida’s constipation,randomly divided 92 gravidas complicated with constipation treated in author’s department(2018-08-2019-08)into control group(46 cases,routinely via anum squeeze Kaisailu of 50 mL)and observation group(46 cases,segmental perfusion of Kaisailu of 50 mL)by using disposable controlled sputum tube;then,compared both groups’clinical effect,untoward reaction and patients’satisfactory degree.As results,after treatment in the defecation rate within 30 min,in the incidence of Kaisailu over-flow and of abdominal pain with tenesmus awareness,and in patients’satisfactory degree,observation group was respectively and significantly higher,lower,and higher than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that segmental perfusion of Kaisailu in the treatment of gravida’s constipation can achieve more better effect,and with more less untoward reaction and more higher safety and patients’satisfactory degree than routine squeeze method.
