民族地区高校信息化环境下会计电算化人才培养的研究

Research on the Training of Accounting Computerization Talents Under the Information Environment in National colleges

在信息化时代背景下,社会对会计人员的需求发生了巨大变化,如何培养具有高执业水平的会计电算化专业人才对民族地区具有重大的现实意义。本文阐述了目前民族地区高校会计电算化人才培养的现状,分析了人才培养中存在的问题,即人才培养目标定位模糊、课程设置不合理、师资水平较弱、教学方法单一、学生考证通过率较低、未来职业发展受限。进行合理的课程设置,建立科学合理的考核机制,开阔教师视野,提高师资水平,改良实操模式,进行更多的校企合作,是民族地区会计电算化专业人才培养的有效措施。

Under the background of informatization,the society’s demand for accountants has changed greatly.It has realistic significance to research how to train accounting computerization talent.After a brief review of the development of accounting,this paper illustrate the situation of talent training in national colleges,the advantages and disadvantages of national college.It also analyzes the existing problems,such as the vague positioning,irrational curriculum,weak teacher level,single teaching method,low pass rate,and the limited future career.Finally,it proposes some suggestions,for example,rational curriculum setting,scientific assessment mechanism,broaden the teacher’s horizon,improve practical modes,more school-enterprise cooperation,and serve the base and minor nationality area.
