摘要
首钢京唐3号高炉贯彻“高效、低耗、长寿、低碳、绿色、智能”的设计理念,结合1号、2号高炉的成功经验,进行了工艺优化与创新。认为实现特大型高炉以高比例球团矿为主炉料结构的生产操作,必须高度重视对高炉配料、装料、布料、炉内操作等方面的进行技术研究和试验,并且在设计上对炉顶装料设备、炉型、内衬结构、冷却设备、冷却系统及自动化检测与模型控制等方面进行设计研究,以适应特大型高炉使用高比例球团矿的冶炼操作要求。
Following the design concept of high efficiency,low consumption,long campaign,and aiming at low carbon,and intelligent control,process optimization and innovation are carried out at Shougang Jingtang’s No.3 BF undergoes based on the successful experience of Jingtang’s No.1 and No.2 BF.It is necessary to place a high value on study and experiment on burden mix,charging system,burden distribution and furnace operation are essential for ensuring successful production operation of super-large sized BF with high pellet rate.Furthermore,study shall also be made on the furnace top equipment,furnace profile,inner lining structure,cooling equipment,cooling system,automatic measurement and model control,etc.,to meet the smelting operation requirements of super-large sized BF with high pellet rate.
