摘要
简要分析了炼铁工业的发展现状,认为:①非高炉工艺持续发展,高炉工艺仍占据绝对主导地位;②非高炉工艺在规模性、成熟性、经济性、能源效率等方面短板明显,高炉工艺在原燃料供应、节能降耗、低碳环保等方面面临巨大压力和挑战;③短流程工序占比不断扩大。重点阐述了炼铁工业的发展趋势,认为:①非高炉工艺是未来炼铁的发展方向;②短流程在未来将逐步取代长流程,成为钢铁生产的主导力量;③高炉工艺日趋高效化、绿色化、智能化。
The analysis on development status of the ironmaking industry reveals:(1)the non-blast furnace ironmaking process will head to constant development,but the blast furnace ironmaking process will still play a dominate role;(2)the non-blast furnace ironmaking process sees its shortcomings in production capacity,reliability and economical efficiency as well as energy efficiency,while the blast furnace ironmaking process is facing tremendous pressure and challenges in terms of raw material and fuel supply,energy saving and consumption reduction,low-carbon emission and environmental protection;(3)the short route-process will scale up.Regarding the development trend of the ironmaking industry,it is believed that:(1)non-blast furnace process stands for the future development trend of ironmaking;(2)short-route process will gradually replace long process route in the future and become the dominant one in steel production;(3)blast furnace process will advance towards efficient,green and intelligent production.
