广州市某医院阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活活动能力状况及其影响因素

Status of the Activity of Daily Living in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease in a Hosptial in Guangzhou and Its Influencing Factors

目的:分析阿尔兹海默病患者日常生活活动能力及其影响因素,为针对性地改善阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活活动能力提供依据。方法:对广州市某医院93例阿尔茨海默病患者展开调查,采用基本情况问卷、智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)调查患者的人口学状况、认知障碍、智力状况、抑郁状态、日常生活活动能力状况。结果:MoCA得分为12.00(7.00,18.00),MMSE得分为19.00(12.00,23.00),HAMD得分为6.00(4.00,9.00)。ADL得分为11.00(8.00,13.00)。影响阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活活动能力的因素有认知功能、抑郁状态(P<0.05)。结论:阿尔茨海默病患者日常生活活动能力低下,建议加强对阿尔茨海默病患者的健康教育管理,采用培训、教育、参与社会活动等多种方式,帮助患者提高日常生活活动能力。

Objective:To analyze the activities of daily living in patients with Alzheimer's disease and its influencing factors,to provide a basis for targeted improvement of the activities of daily living in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods:A survey of 93 patients with Alzheimer's disease in a hospital in Guangzhou was carried out,using the basic situation questionnaire,Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)to investigate the demographic status,cognitive impairment,intellectual status,depression status,and activities of daily living of patients.Result:MoCA score was 12.00(7.00,18.00),MMSE score was 19.00(12.00,23.00),HAMD score was 6.00(4.00,9.00),ADL score was 11.00(8.00,13.00).Cognitive function and depressive state were the factors affecting the activities of daily living in patients with Alzheimer's disease(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with Alzheimer's disease have low activities of daily living.It is recommended to strengthen the health education and management of patients with Alzheimer's disease,and use various methods such as training,education,and participation in social activities to help patients improve their activities of daily living.
