四川省养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱、服药依从性与睡眠质量的相关性

Correlation Between Frailty,Medication Compliance and Sleep Quality in Elderly Hypertensive Patients in Elderly Care Institutions in Sichuan

目的:调查四川省养老机构老年高血压患者的衰弱状况,并分析其与服药依从性、睡眠质量的相关性,为降低老年高血压患者的衰弱发生提供参考。方法:采用一般资料调查表、衰弱(FRAIL)量表、高血压服药依从性量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)对4所养老机构的351名老年高血压患者展开调查。结果:老年高血压患者衰弱得分为2.00(1.00,2.00),服药依从性得分为0(0,2.00),PSQI总分为6.00(5.00,8.00)。年龄段、每月退休金不同的老年高血压患者衰弱、服药依从性与睡眠质量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。老年高血压患者衰弱与服药依从性总分呈正相关(r=0.313,P<0.01),衰弱与PSQI总分呈正相关(r=0.797,P<0.01)。结论:养老机构老年高血压患者衰弱处于中等水平,衰弱与服药依从性、睡眠质量均具有正相关性,应采取积极的干预措施提高其服药依从性和睡眠质量,以降低衰弱的发生率。

Objective:To investigate the frailty of elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions,and to analyze their correlation with medication compliance and sleep quality,to provide reference for reducing the incidence of frailty in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:A total of 351 elderly hypertensive patients in 4 elderly care institutions were surveyed by the General Information Questionnaire,the FRAIL Scale,the Morisky Medication Compliance Scale,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.Results:The score of frailty of elderly hypertensive patients was 2.00(1.00,2.00),the score of medication compliance was 0(0,2.00),and the total score of PSQI was 6.00(5.00,8.00).There were statistically significant differences in the frailty,medication compliance and sleep quality of elderly hypertensive patients in different age groups,educational backgrounds and monthly pensions(P<0.01).The frailty of elderly hypertensive patients was positively correlated with the medication compliance(r=0.313,P<0.01),and positively correlated with the PSQI(r=0.797,P<0.01).Conclusion:Elderly hypertensive patients in elderly care institutions are at a moderate level of frailty,frailty has a positive correlation with medication compliance and sleep quality.Active interventions should be taken to improve medication compliance and sleep quality to reduce the incidence of frailty.
