逆境商及乐商在武汉市某医院老年腰椎间盘突出症患者心理弹性与自我管理间的链式中介效应

The Chain Mediating Effect of Adversity Quotient and Optimistic Intelligence Quotient on the Psychological Elasticity and Self-Management of the Elderly Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation in a Hospital in Wuhan

目的:探讨逆境商及乐商在老年腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者心理弹性及自我管理间的链式中介效应,从而为老年LDH患者心理护理提供理论指导。方法:采用基本情况调查表、逆境商量表、乐商问卷、心理弹性问卷以及慢性病自我管理行为量表对258例老年LDH患者进行调查,分析逆境商以及乐商在老年LDH患者心理弹性及自我管理间的中介效应。结果:老年LDH患者逆境商、乐商、心理弹性以及自我管理得分依次为(119.14±19.25)、(62.74±12.49)、(30.64±8.78)及(54.45±6.37)。逆境商、乐商、心理弹性以及自我管理间呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。老年LDH患者心理弹性和自我管理间直接效应为0.43;乐商与逆境商的链式中介效应为0.09。结论:逆境商以及乐商是老年LDH患者心理弹性及自我管理的中介变量。临床医护工作者应关注老年LDH患者心理健康,从而促进疾病的治疗与恢复。

Objective:To explore the chain mediating effect of Adversity Quotient(AQ)and Optimistic Intelligence Quotient(OQ)in the psychological elasticity and self-management of the elderly patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH),to provide theoretical guidance for psychological nursing them.Methods:258 elderly with LDH were investigated with basic information questionnaire,AQ-S,OQ-Q,CD-RISC and CDPSB-S.The mediating effects of AQ and OQ on psychological resilience and self-management of elderly patients with LDH were analyzed.Results:The scores of AQ-S,OQ-Q,CD-RISC and CDPSB-S were(119.14±19.25),(62.74±12.49),(30.64±8.78)and(54.45±6.37)respectively.There was a significant positive correlation among AQ,OQ,psychological elasticity and self-management(P<0.01).The direct effect of psychological resilience and self-management was 0.43 and the chain mediating effect of AQ and OQ was 0.09.Conclusion:AQ and OQ are the mediating variables of psychological resilience and self-management in elderly patients with LDH.Clinical nurses should pay attention to the mental health of elderly patients with LDH,so as to promote the treatment and recovery of the disease.
