新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下江苏省某医学院临床医学研究生职业认同现状分析 被引量:20

Status Quo Analysis of Clinical Medical Postgraduates'Professional Self-identity in a Medical School in Jiangsu Province in the Context of COVID-19

摘要 目的:了解新冠疫情下临床医学研究生的职业认同现状,以期为医学研究生教育提供有益参考。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对某医学院校455名临床医学研究生的职业认同情况进行整群随机抽样调查。结果:职业认同总分的平均分为3.71分,职业行为、职业价值观、职业情感、职业承诺、职业认知、职业期望6个维度的平均分依次为(3.88±0.61)、(3.83±0.67)、(3.81±0.65)、(3.78±0.75)、(3.49±0.77)、(3.39±0.59)。不同学习阶段、学位类型、父母是否从医的职业认同得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床医学研究生职业认同处于中等略偏上水平,其中职业认知、职业期望维度得分最低,应有针对性的加强医学生职业认同教育,切实尊重和保护医务人员,提高临床医学研究生的职业认同感。 Objective:To understand the status of professional self-identity of medical postgraduates during COVID-19 pandemic,to provide a useful reference for medical graduate education.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was used to conduct a cluster random sampling survey on the professional self-identity of clinical medicine graduate students in a medical college.Results:The average score of professional self-identity was 3.71.The average scores of the six dimensions of professional behavior,professional values,professional emotions,professional commitment,professional cognition and professional expectations were(3.88±0.61),(3.83±0.67),(3.81±0.65),(3.78±0.75),(3.49±0.77)and(3.39±0.59)respectively.There were statistically significant differences in the professional self-identity scores of different learning stages,degree types,and whether the parents worked in medicine(P<0.05).Conclusion:The professional self-identity of the clinical medicine graduate students is at a slightly upper-middle level,with the lowest scores on the professional cognition and professional expectation dimensions.It should be targeted to strengthen the professional self-identity education of medical students,to create a respectful atmosphere for medical staff,so as to improve the professional self-identity of clinical medicine graduate students.
