中国的避讳研究历史悠久、文献丰富,但相关的学术史却长期阙如,这种局面对于避讳学知识的学习、研究、应用以及避讳学的发展,都是非常不利的:卞仁海所著《中国避讳学史》填补了这一空白。作者在充分占有材料的基础上,清晰地勾勒避讳学科的总体框架,界划中国避讳学史的分期,详述其发展源流,提出学科建设的诸多建议。其学术史的构建特色体现在三个方面:宏观把握,分期科学;微观入手,材料丰赡;史论结合,述而有评。

There are abundant literature on taboo studies literature in China,but the related academic history is in great shortage,which is very unfavorable for the research,application and development of the ology of taboo.The history of the Ology of Taboo in China written by BIAN Renhai filled this gap.On the basis of fully possessing materials,the author clearly outlines the overall framework of the ology of taboo,delineates the staging of its history,details its source and course,and puts forward many helpful suggestions for its construction.The characteristics of its academic history construction are embodied in three aspects:scientific staging with macro-level;abundant materials with macro-level;integration of history with teories combined by narration and comments.
