南盘江流域乡村旅游助力乡村振兴研究--以黔西南州为例

Research on Rural Tourism in Nanpanjiang River Basin for Helping Rural Revitalization--Take Qianxinan Prefecture as an Example

乡村振兴战略,是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,乡村旅游利用乡村自然资源和人文资源,有效促进农村一二三产业融合发展,助力乡村振兴。对南盘江流域黔西南州乡村旅游发展现状进行研究,并从产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴等“五大振兴”的角度阐述乡村旅游助力乡村振兴的作用机理,最后提出南盘江流域依托乡村旅游助力乡村振兴可通过导引结合,培育乡村旅游发展内生动力、大力培育新型农民,加强乡村旅游专业人才队伍建设等途径来实现。

The rural revitalization strategy is a major decision and deployment made by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Rural tourism utilizes rural natural and human resources to promote effectively the integrated development of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries and help rural rejuvenation.This paper studies the current situation of rural tourism development in the Nanpan River Basin of Qianxinan Prefecture,and expounds the role of rural tourism in boosting rural revitalization from the perspective of industrial revitalization,talent revitalization,and cultural revitalization.Finally,it is proposed that rural tourism can help the Nanpan River Basin realize rural revitalization through the combination of guidance,cultivate the endogenous power of rural tourism development,cultivate vigorously new farmers,and strengthen the construction of rural tourism professionals.
