摘要
针对目前国土空间规划时间紧、任务重且需基于第三次土地调查数据的特点,选用普适性较高、数据接口较好的ESRI ArcGIS软件实现不同水域划界定线。研究所用方法主要是通过地块聚类的方式实现待划界区域的区分,再通过地块元素格式转换,将不同地块间的接线以多段线的形式提取,同时可通过人工干预手段对该边界线进行修正,最终实现水域“划界定线”。方法的数据采集过程灵活高效,基本方法简单明确,操作平台普适性高,便于各行业技术人员尽快投入国土空间规划工作,是国土空间规划“划界定线”工作的有效手段。
In view of the tight time and heavy tasks of national territorial space planning and the need to be based on the third land survey data,the ESRI ArcGIS software with higher universality and better data interface is selected to realize the demarcation of different water areas.The distinction of the areas to be demarcated is mainly realized by the way of parcel clustering,and then the boundary between different parcels is extracted in the form of multi segment lines through the conversion of parcel element format.At the same time,the boundary lines can be modified by means of manual intervention.Finally,the demarcation of water areas can be realized.The described method is efficient and flexible in data collection,simple in operation,and universal in operation platform.It is convenient for technical personnel of various industries to invest in national territorial space planning,and provides an effective mean for the“Boundary demarcation”in national territorial space planning.
