通过分析水文测站巡测方案形成因素、条件,水文要素之间的测定形成规律,统筹量化测验区域环境影响因子,提出巡测方案的初步优化方法,可为水文地域巡测提供决策参考。

By analyzing the formation factors and conditions of the patrol survey plan of hydrological survey stations,the law of determination among hydrological elements,the overall planning and quantitative testing of regional environmental impact factors,and the preliminary optimization method of the patrol survey plan is proposed,which can provide decision—making reference for the survey of hydrological regions.
