摘要
责任感不仅是适应学生终身发展的核心素养之一,更是社会稳定与发展的必要保证。学校作为初中生学习生活的主要场所,应担负起责任感培养的责任。为培养学生的责任感,佛山市顺德区沙滘初级中学做了以下几项工作:一是建立目标体系,引领学校责任感教育系统、规范地发展;二是构建"课程+体验"教育模式,促使学校责任感的内生外化;三是优化校园环境,丰富学校责任感培养的隐性育人条件;四是进行家校联合教育,构建学校责任教育的立体教育网络。
Sense of responsibility is not only one of the core qualities to adapt to students’lifelong development,but also the guarantee for social stability and development.As the main place for junior middle school students to study and live,the school should shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the sense of responsibility.To cultivate students’sense of responsibility,Shajiao Junior Middle School has done the following work.The first is to establish a target system to guide the standardization of school responsibility education system.The second is to construct the"curriculum+experience"education mode to promote the endogenous and extrinsic sense of school responsibility.The third is to optimize the campus environment and enrich the recessive education conditions of school responsibility cultivation.The fourth is to carry out family-school joint education to build a three-dimensional education network of school responsibility education.
