摘要
生命气象包括生命状态、生命品质、生命格局三个维度,在教育行为中,教师的生命状态、生命品质、生命格局是学生生命成长的基石和依托,深刻影响着学生的一生。守正、守恒、守初心是教师的生命状态,坚守教育的正道,回归育人价值,教师的生命气象才会表现出有活力。好人、好课、好老师是教师的生命品质,学高身正,涵养师德,上好每一堂课,公正地对待每一个学生,教师的生命气象才会表现为有品质。见生、见己、见未来是教师的生命格局,教育要关怀当下,也要照见未来,要成就他人,也要完善自己,它是关于人的共生共长的一段历程,这样的教师的生命气象才会表现为有担当。
Life atmosphere includes the three dimensions of life state,life quality and life pattern.In educational practice,teachers’life state,life quality and life pattern are the cornerstone and support of students’life growth,which deeply affects students’life.It is a teacher’s life state to be upright,conserve and keep his original mind.Only by sticking to the right way of education and returning to the true value of educating people,can a teacher’s life show vitality.To be a good person,be capable of good teaching and be an excellent teacher are the quality of a teacher’s life.He should learn to be upright,cultivate his morality,teach every class well,and treat every student and teacher fairly.It is the life pattern of teachers to see students,themselves and future.Education should care about the present and the future.It is a process of symbiosis and common growth of human beings.Such a teacher’s life will show responsibility.
