摘要
酒瓶是盛装酒的外部载体,是酒种类和品质的重要信息媒介,酒瓶的制式、规格和设计语言是酒产品乃至酒行业的重要象征。本研究选取200种市售消费级中国白酒产品和80种进口酒产品,以容量、器形、美感、材质、色泽、价位为分析因素、共划分17种分析因子对盛酒器即酒瓶瓶身的多样性特征进行定量分析。结果显示,外国进口酒产品的瓶身多样性较低,但辨识度和设计语言较为突出,酒产品稳定,成熟,统一;国产白酒产品瓶身多样性较高,设计语言混杂繁复,辨识度较低,瓶身设计在制式规范和美学观感上,有待进一步挖掘、提炼和完善。本研究首次将酒瓶形态学分析、产品外观研究跨学科引入白酒研究,以期为我国白酒研究和酒业发展提供有益的参考。
The bottle is the external carrier of alcoholic drinks,whose shape,size and design language embody the type and quality of the product.This study selected 200 Chinese Baijiu products and 80 imported alcohol products as the study objects,took the size,shape,aesthetic,material,color,and price of the bottles as the analytical elements,and extracted 17 factors to quantitatively analyze the diversity of the bottles.The results showed that the bottle diversity of imported alcohol products was low,while their recognizability and design language was prominent,and the quality of the products was stable,mature and uniform.In contrast,the bottle diversity of Chinese Baijiu products was high,the design language was mixed and complicated,and the recognizability was low;the bottle design philosophy needed to be improved.This study has introduced the analysis of product appearance into the research of Chinese Baijiu for the first time,so as to benefit the research and development of Chinese Baijiu.
