益生菌和寡糖联合使用对刺参生长性能、体成分、消化酶和抗氧化能力的影响

Effects of Probiotics Combined with Chitosa n Oligosaccharides on Growth Performance,Body Composition,Digestive Enzymes and Antioxidant Capacity of Sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicas

摘要 将0.4%的枯草芽孢杆菌Bacilus subrilis、粪肠球菌Enterococcus faecalis、嗜热链球菌Streptococcus thermophilus分别与0、0.2%的壳寡糖添加到基础饲料,制成8种实验饲料,即对照组(CON)、寡糖对照组(CON+)、枯草芽孢杆菌组(BS)、枯草芽孢杆菌寡糖组(BS+)、粪肠球菌组(EF)、粪肠球菌寡糖组(EF+)、嗜热链球菌组(ST)、嗜热链球菌寡糖组(ST+)。每种饲料投喂三个平行桶的刺参,每天投喂一次,养殖周期为56天。结果显示,BS+组和EF+组刺参的增重、特定生长率分别达到33.81 g、1.09和133.42 g、1.05,明显高于CON和CON+组,养殖效果最好。BS+处理组刺参体壁脂肪和总糖含量显著高于C0N和CON+。BS+处理组酸性蛋白酶、碱性蛋白酶、纤维素酶以及碱性磷酸酶活性均为最高。BS、BS+和EF、EF+组抗氧化酶活性如超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性要好于其它处理组。综合本实验结果,以枯草芽孢杆菌和粪肠球菌效果较好,能够对刺参生长、消化、抗氧化能力以及抗菌能力产生积极影响。 0.4% Bacillus spbtilis,Enterococcus faccalis,Streptococcus thermophilus and 0.2% chitooligosaccharides were combined respectively and added to the basal diet,to formn 8 test diets,namely the control group(CON),chitosan oligsacchanide group(CON+),Bacilus subilis goup(BS),Bacilus subtilis+chitosan oligosaccharide group(BS+),Enterococcus faecalis group(EF),Enterococcus faccalis+chitosan oligosaccharide(EF+),Streptococcus thermophilus group(ST),Streptococcus thermophilus+chitosan oligsaccharide group(ST+).Each diet was fed on group with triplicate tanks.All sca cucumber were fed once every day for 56 days.The results showed that the weight gain and specific growth rate were 33.81g、1.09 in BS+group and 33.42g、1.05 in EF+group,both higher than CON and CON+group,achieving a satisfactory elect.The contents of body wall fat and total sugar in BS+group were significantly higher than those in CON and CON+groups.The activities of acid protease,alkaline protease,cellulase and alkaline phosphatase were the highest in BS+group.The activities of antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase and catalase in BS,BS+and EF,EF+groups were better than those in other treatment groups.The results showed that Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecalis had better effects on the growth,digestion,antioxidant capacity and antibaterial capacity of sea cucumber.
