面向碳中和目标的碳捕集、利用与封存发展初步探讨 被引量:59

摘要 到2060年力争实现碳中和目标的提出,为中长期我国应对气候变化指明了方向,确定了明确的目标,将对我国能源和经济系统产生深远影响。碳捕集、利用与封存(carbon capture,utilization and storage,CCUS)作为具有大规模减排潜力的技术,是实现碳中和目标不可或缺的重大技术,一直以来受到全球广泛关注,同时有助于我国建立更加具有韧性和弹性的能源系统。本文初步探讨了碳中和目标对CCUS发展带来的新形势和新需求,并对我国CCUS发展的情况和存在的挑战进行了分析,在此基础上提出了近期CCUS发展应重点关注的几方面重点任务,特别是要面向碳中和目标的要求加快构建全面系统的CCUS技术体系,充分发挥其减排和负排放的作用,同时深入研究CCUS在实现碳中和目标过程中的发展路径,统筹协调好在能源部门和工业部门等发展应用的路线图。 By 2060,China will strive to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,which will have a profound impact on China’s energy and economic system.Carbon capture,utilization and storage(CCUS),as a technology with large-scale emission reduction potential,has been widely developed all over the world.It is an indispensable important technology to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.Meanwhile,it helps to build a more resilient energy system in China.This paper discusses the new situation and demand of carbon capture,utilization and storage development brought by carbon neutrality target,analyzes the development situation and existing challenges of CCUS in China,and puts forward several key tasks that should be focused on now,especially to accelerate the establishment of comprehensive and systematic technical system of CCUS.Moreover,we should explore the development pathway of CCUS in the process of achieving carbon neutrality,and coordinate the development and deployment in energy sector and industrial sector.
