设备壳体焊后热处理对裙座的影响和建议

摘要 设备需要进行长时间保温或/和较高加热温度焊后热处理时,裙座筒体若与设备同炉整体焊后热处理则会造成实际力学性能下降,通过分析认为:在回火参数P较大时,裙座筒体材料应进行模拟焊后热处理或带母材试板,以检验材料实际力学性能能否满足要求,也可考虑局部热处理以减少保温时间。在裙座筒体各处轴向应力均为压应力情况下,必要时,可以考虑采用中间消除应力热处理时所用的较低加热温度制度进行局部焊后热处理的可能性。 When the equipment needs thermal insulation for a long time or/and post-welding heat treatment(PWHT)at higher heating temperature,the actual properties of skirt material will be reduced if the skirt cylinder needs PWHT with the equipment.Through analysis,it is considered that when the tempering parameter P is large,the skirt material should be subjected to simulated PWHT or the test sample to verify that the actual properties of skirt material can meet the properties.Local PWHT can also be considered to reduce thermal insulation time.In the case where all the axial stresses of the skirt cylinder are all compressive stresses,the possibility of using the lower heating temperature system used in the intermediate stress relief heat treatment for local post-weld heat treatment can be considered if necessary.
