基于典型灌区调查的区域农业用水量评估方法研究——以衢江区为例 被引量:3

摘要 区域农业用水量是国家实行最严格水资源管理制度、确定水资源管理“三条红线”控制目标的一项重要指标。通过对2017年衢江区农业种植情况的调查分析,以及典型灌区和非典型灌区农业用水量的计算分析,对该地区农业用水量情况进行了全面的评估。结果表明:衢江区2017年农业用水量为12360.7×104m 3,农田灌溉用水量为11742.7×104m 3,农田灌溉每公顷用水量为5518.5 m 3,与全省平均水平接近。与2016年相比,农业用水量减少1222.3×104m 3,下降9.0%,其中农田灌溉用水量减少1150.3×104m 3,下降8.9%。2017年衢江区农业用水量虽然呈现下降变化,但农田灌溉用水量仍保持较高比重,占农业用水量95.0%。 Regional agricultural water consumption is an important indicator to implement the most stringent water resources management system and determine the"three red lines"control objectives for water resources management.This study conducted a comprehensive assessment of agriculture water consumption through the investigation and analysis of the agricultural planting situation in Qujiang District in 2017.The results showed that the agricultural water consumption in Qujiang District in 2017 was 12.360.7 million m 3,the irrigation water consumption for farmland was 11.17427 million m 3,and the average water consumption for farmland irrigation was 5518.5 m 3/hm 2,which was close to the provincial average.Compared with 2016,agricultural water consumption decreased by 12.223 million m 3,a decrease of 9.0%,of which farmland irrigation water consumption decreased by 11.503 million m 3,a decrease of 8.9%.Although the agricultural water consumption in Qujiang District showed a declining change in 2017,the farmland irrigation water consumption still maintained a high proportion,accounting for 95.0%of agricultural water consumption.
